Adult Mental Health First Aid (2 Day)

The two-day Mental Health and Wellbeing First Aid course is designed for anybody who has Line Manager responsibilities or anyone who is responsible for the wellbeing of staff and wants to increase their awareness of Mental Health and Wellbeing and how they can influence within a workplace. From the Mental Health First Aid course, you will specifically learn how to create a positive mental health culture in your workplace. Most importantly, you will learn how to offer a helping hand to anybody suffering from Mental Health issues and how to approach them to seek professional support.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the​ two-day Mental Health First Aid course will be primarily delivered online through Zoom.
