Poor mental health costs UK employers up to £45 billion each year. The Mental Health and Well-being in the Workplace course is designed for anybody who has Line Manager responsibilities or anyone who is responsible for the wellbeing of staff and wants to increase their awareness of Mental Health and Wellbeing and how they can influence within a workplace. From the Mental Health First Aid course, you will specifically learn how to create a positive mental health culture in your workplace.
